This is my surprise to Arthur on one of the outfits I've thought up for Arturetta, and this outfit can count as a gift from My OC Self and Erica Smith as I have plans on writing a story about that.
Note that due to Arturetta trying to control her fear of Giants, I don't want everyone drawing her as a Giantess while wearing this outfit.
This outfit is based on Lois Griffin's Formal Outfit from the Family Guy Episode, "Mind Over Murder" (In which, Jennifer Tredwell, Erica Smith and Leilah share, but in different colors), but modified to have the shoulder parts removed.
If you're reading this Arthur, than I hope you can draw Arturetta in this outfit whenever you like to.
